A leading technology company in London seeks a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to develop long-term client relationships. This hybrid position involves driving revenue, providing strategic insights, and serving as the main point of contact for clients. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in account management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
We are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will partner with Global-e and ensure the long-term success of our clients in the UK.
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with their portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key business executives and driving revenue by growing our existing business. They will also provide clients with strategic insights based on their performances and market trends and liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of Global-e according to clients‘ needs.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
