Qualifikationen

• Senior Enterprise Architect with enterprise-scale experience
• Ability to translate priorities into architecture strategy
• Experience in governance, standards and platforms
• Experience evaluating options and guiding technology direction
• Proven stakeholder engagement with senior business/tech leaders
• Experience architecting enterprise services (workforce, learning, HR, finance)

Aufgaben

• Contribute to architectural direction across directorate or organisation
• Translate business priorities into enterprise architecture strategy with principles and roadmaps
• Govern and assure alignment of local designs with enterprise standards
• Define and evaluate architectural options balancing benefits, risk, cost and sustainability
• Engage senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly
• Architect enterprise services supporting internal operations such as workforce, learning and HR
