Postman is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support the UKI region, partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver technical expertise across the sales cycle. You will act as a trusted advisor shaping API strategies and driving adoption of Postman across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with API lifecycle tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Kong, Apigee.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent English communication and customer-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and value points.
• Build relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers, guiding API lifecycle usage.
• Design and deliver tailored proofs of concept, demos, workshops and hands-on sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success to align plans and execution.
• Maintain understanding of API ecosystem and share insights to influence product roadmap.
• Represent Postman at events and create technical content to showcase use cases.
