Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust invites applications for a full-time Senior Clinical Fellow in ENT Surgery based at The Lister Hospital, Stevenage, for 12 months. The post provides a platform to advance registrar-level surgical skills under supervision and involves on-call duties and teaching responsibilities.

The Fellow will participate in subspecialty clinics, MDTs, and research projects, with strong clinical and managerial exposure within a busy ENT department.

Qualifications

• Experience in ENT at SHO level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operating lists and clinics and be part of the out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Take defined management and teaching responsibilities within the ENT department.
• Contribute to collaborative research projects where possible.
