Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is seeking a qualified Emergency Nurse Practitioner for the Emergency Department/Minor Injuries Unit. You will deliver autonomous care for minor injuries (age 1+), and participate in education and service development aligned with the four pillars of advanced practice.

The role may be eligible for Annex 21 Trainee Advanced ENP, with support to undertake HEI Minor Injuries and Independent Prescribing qualifications. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified ENP with experience in managing minor injuries.
• Evidence of autonomous practice and clinical decision-making.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver autonomous care for minor injury presentations (age 1+), within the Emergency Department and Minor Injuries Unit.
• Develop leadership skills and contribute to education and service development in line with advanced practice.
• Undertake relevant academic modules if not already at advanced level.
