This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Heart Failure clinician to join our team as a Senior Enhanced Practitioner (Band 7) on a 0.2 WTE basis.
The postholder will predominantly be responsible for delivering an additional Heart Failure Medicines Optimisation Clinic, that will support a new BNSSG wide heart failure diagnostic pathway designed to improve access, safety and personalised Heart Failure management. Working autonomously within an established MDT, you will use enhanced clinical skills, non-medical prescribing and expert Heart Failure knowledge to optimise therapy and improve outcomes.
This role is ideal for clinicians wishing to broaden Heart Failure expertise without committing to full-time hours. Opportunities exist to rotate into the inpatient HF service to consolidate skills and expand practice.
