Our client is looking to secure an experienced Engineering Project Manager to support the delivery of major utility infrastructure and power projects.
This role is responsible for managing the engineering and civil aspects of cable route projects from feasibility through to construction. Working closely with design, pre-construction and operational teams, you will develop practical engineering solutions that can be safely and efficiently delivered on site.
A significant part of the role involves assessing cable route options and identifying suitable engineering solutions for challenging crossings and constrained environments, including highways, railways, rivers, tunnels and other third-party infrastructure.
You will take responsibility for the engineering coordination of utility projects, ensuring designs are practical, compliant and aligned with construction requirements while managing technical risks, programme and stakeholder expectations.
