We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Manager to lead and inspire two distributed engineering squads focused on reliability testing products. In this role, you will shape the technical strategy, execution, and culture of teams delivering high-quality software that empowers engineers to test and improve system performance confidently. You will work closely with Product and Design teams to align engineering efforts with product goals, while mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership, a focus on team growth, and the ability to influence product direction. Accountabilities
  • Manage and develop two engineering teams, guiding career growth and performance through regular 1:1s and feedback.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product and Design to refine roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure excellent user experiences.
  • Translate product objectives into actionable engineering plans and iterative deliverables.
  • Continuously improve team collaboration, planning, and execution processes.
  • Support hiring efforts and team capacity planning in collaboration with People Operations.
  • Participate in technical discussions, guiding teams toward sound engineering decisions.
  • Strong software engineering background with senior-level experience building web applications using JavaScript and React.
  • Proven record of managing frontend or cross-functional engineering teams at a senior level.
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing engineering talent.
  • Ability to set goals, align engineering work with business and user needs, and influence product strategy.
  • Skilled at collaborating with globally distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism in a multicultural, remote setting.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects and contexts concurrently.
