Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development and delivery with deep architecture knowledge.
• 4+ years as Engineering Manager leading small to mid-sized teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science/engineering or related field.
• Strong programming skills with proven impact on code quality and maintainability.
• Excellent project management, customer-centric mindset and problem solving for customers.
• Hands-on development experience with Python/Django/MongoDB/React/AWS is a plus.

• Set the direction of your team and plan for scaling challenges with actionable roadmaps.
