• Ensure all plant equipment and utilities are maintained in a qualified and compliant state.
• Lead and manage the performance of Manufacturing and Utilities equipment including being accountable for equipment performance within Manufacturing and Utilities.
• Lead and coach your engineering team to build skills, deliver results, and embrace continuous improvement.
• Manage resources and priorities to support maintenance plans, change controls, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external specialists to deliver technical solutions and support audits.
• Drive operational excellence by applying data analysis, root cause problem solving, and lean methods.
