Join Our Client's Quality Projects & Product Team! Are you ready to drive innovation in the automotive industry? Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors are searching for a dynamic Senior Engineer Product Quality to join their Connected Car R&D portfolio planning team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone enthusiastic about connected car technology and eager to shape the future of vehicle features and customer experiences.

Job Title: Senior Engineer Product Quality
Pay Rate: PAYE £32.50ph
Duration: End Date: 03/11/2026 - Potential for Perm
Location: Crewe, Pyms Lane CW1 3PL
Working Pattern: Hybrid 3 days a week on site - will need to be onsite more at the beginning - will also need to be onsite for confidential face‑face meetings, 37 hours per week

What You'll Do:
  • Drive Quality Excellence: Monitor and ensure the achievement of project and product requirements, focusing on customer‑driven standards.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Module teams for CMP, 63X, 636, and future platforms to deliver quality targets.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a technical product specialist, influencing design decisions to enhance quality deliverables.
  • Quality Planning Management: Maintain and support the Quality Planning Master Schedule, ensuring all critical activities are tracked and delivered on time.
  • Deputy Responsibilities: Step in for the Quality Project Leader and Planning Manager as required, supporting operational activities and project status management.
What We're Looking For:
  • Automotive Experience: Proven experience in automotive model development, ideally within Bentley or similar organizations.
  • Quality Knowledge: Understanding of management systems and processes essential for launching new vehicles.
  • Customer Focus: A clear grasp of customer satisfaction requirements, particularly in the upper luxury sector.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with automotive technologies, part maturation processes, and virtual design processes.
  • Problem Solving Skills: Experience in practical problem‑solving techniques (e.g., 6 Sigma, 8D, or A3).
  • Language Skills: German language skills are beneficial.
Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to motivate and influence cross‑functional teams
  • Knowledge of quality planning and delivery of quality requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., IMechE, IEE, IET)
  • A valid driving license
