SSA Recruitment is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Lower Thames Crossing, based in Kent/Essex. You will lead technical delivery across major civils and earthworks packages, coordinate with designers, subcontractors and client teams, and mentor junior engineers.

This role offers a long-term project pipeline with an accommodation/travel package and clear progression to Sub Agent.

Qualifications

• Strong background in major civils/highways/earthworks.
• Excellent technical leadership and decision‑making.
• Understanding of geotechnical interfaces and temporary works.
• Ability to manage complex engineering challenges.
