Senior Engineer / Specialist Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Engineer to join a high-performing residential engineering team in central London.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all technical and mechanical systems within luxury residential properties. Acting as the first point of contact for residents, you’ll diagnose and resolve in‑apartment issues, manage planned and reactive maintenance, and coordinate specialist contractors when required.

You’ll be hands‑on with MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, as well as the Building Management System. Experience with home automation systems such as Crestron and Lutron is highly desirable.

This is a role for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.
