Job description

DNV Energy Insights USA, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer, Decarb and End-user Services to work remotely for our office Houston, TX.

Job Duties
  • Provide a variety of services (independent technical and financial due diligence on energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, EM&V activities funded by DOE and Public Utilities Commissions, energy audits, retro commissioning studies, climate action planning, GHG inventorying, facility master planning) to a wide variety of clients (utilities, regulators, private clients) in their decarbonization journey.
  • Projects include technical reviews, energy efficiency program implementation and evaluation, technical studies, developing M&V plans, site inspections, logger deployments and facility energy audits in the commercial, industrial, and residential marketplace. Produce work results that meet DNV standards and successfully integrate into DNV culture and work environment.
  • Perform third party reviews of energy efficiency measures, conduct quality assurance checks for technical analyses, and report writing.
  • Learn and develop technical expertise in a few technical areas. Learn project management skills, maintain clear communication with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met while managing the budgets.
  • Function in a team environment to cooperatively achieve DNV and project goals.
  • This position requires 20% domestic travel. Remote work permitted.

Salary range: $122,642-$137,891.26/year

Main Requirements
