With a strong emphasis on sustainability and decarbonisation, you'll apply your advanced technical expertise, leadership, and organisational skills to deliver innovative structural solutions across highways, rail, aviation, energy, and power sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams in structural analysis, feasibility studies, tender and detailed designs, and the preparation of contract documents and technical reports.

  • Champion innovation and diverse thinking to identify best-value solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our UK and Global Integrated Delivery teams to optimise resources and ensure efficient, successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline
  • A professional qualification (or close to achieving)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and time management skills
  • Project management skills related to bridge design or other disciplines
  • Strong technical design and practical problem-solving skills
  • Candidates may have a background in bridge design, however, we are equally interested to hear from candidates from other disciplines and industries.
