Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking a Senior Engineer to provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of complex airport & airfield systems.

The role involves design, bid support, installation, commissioning and handover, with regular UK and international travel across sites. You will mentor engineers, lead multidisciplinary teams, and act as the primary technical interface with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Degree/HNC in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related discipline.
• Strong electrical engineering background with commissioning, testing and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Experience delivering safety-critical engineering projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Excellent customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong CAD and Microsoft Visio capability.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, IT infrastructure and civil engineering interfaces.
• Experience with site management and Health & Safety compliance.
• Knowledge of ICAO, UK CAA, EASA and CDM requirements.
• Strong knowledge of RF engineering, particularly within ATC systems and navigational aids would be advantageous.
• IEng/CEng or working towards professional registration would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practice and continuous improvement.

In this role they are looking for someone who is able to travel across the UK and globe on a regular basis.
