We're partnering with a global SaaS leader to find a Senior Engagement Project Manager to take ownership of complex ServiceNow delivery programmes - leading from strategy through to execution.

This isn't just another project delivery role. You'll be the trusted point of accountability for governance, delivery excellence and stakeholder success - ensuring every engagement delivers real business impact.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, driving outcomes on time, on budget and to scope.
  • Manage governance, budgets, risk, resourcing, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Apply NowCreate methodology and industry best practice.
  • Build and guide multi-disciplinary teams across delivery and partner organisations.
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Partners and Customers, ensuring clarity, control, and measurable results.
What You'll Bring:
  • Proven record leading multiple ServiceNow implementations.
  • 8+ years' experience in delivery leadership (Engagement Manager / Senior PM).
  • Background in Professional Services or Consulting.
  • Strong client-facing leadership and financial governance skills.
