The AWS Professional Services Day 1 Delivery team is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to drive strategic innovation and delivery excellence across our global operations. This pivotal role combines strategic leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for customer success to elevate our service delivery standards worldwide. As a Senior Engagement Manager, you'll spearhead complex implementation projects while developing scalable delivery capabilities that ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. You’ll partner with field teams to identify and address critical customer needs, design global solutions, and establish robust governance frameworks for Fixed Price engagements. Your scope encompasses leading strategic delivery initiatives and complex enterprise cloud projects, developing and implementing data-driven performance metrics and KPIs, and building high-performing delivery teams. You’ll establish governance frameworks for risk management and compliance, drive operational excellence through process optimization and best practices, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership that shape our delivery capabilities.
