Job summary

Ambition seeks a Senior Marketing & Business Development Advisor to support the global Energy sector for a leading international law firm. You will work with partners across an international network to deliver strategic pitches, client development and campaigns.

You will produce high-quality pitch materials, coordinate client events, manage submissions, support thought leadership, and help shape sector plans while collaborating with global marketing colleagues.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' marketing and business development experience within a professional services or B2B environment.
• Strong experience in pitching, client development and marketing campaigns.
• Excellent writing, communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Experience working across international teams is advantageous.
• Interest in the energy sector is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad range of business development and marketing activities, including strategic pitches, client targeting, cross-selling initiatives, market and competitor analysis, and profile-raising campaigns.
• Produce high-quality pitch materials and credentials, coordinate client events, manage directory and award submissions, support thought leadership, and maintain business development systems and marketing collateral.
• Contribute to sector business planning, client relationship programmes, internal communications, and firm-wide strategic initiatives while collaborating closely with global marketing and business development colleagues.
