Job summary

ASOS is seeking a Senior Engineer - Endpoint Experience to lead the Endpoint Experience team within Workplace Experience. You will own device management platforms (Intune, Jamf), security baselines, and automated rollout processes, partnering with Cyber Security, IT Support, and Procurement.

This is a hands-on, formative role shaping a new in-house endpoint capability. You will help raise patch compliance, deploy new AI tooling for employees, and evolve device platforms with versioning, testing,

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on role setting engineering standards and architecture.
• Mentor engineers and establish AI-assisted ways of working.
• Own device management platform strategy and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set engineering standards and roadmap with the Engineering Manager.
• Mentor engineers and drive AI-assisted workflows.
• Design and build device configuration & policy pipelines in versioned code.
• Own endpoint security baselines and automated patching.
• Build test harnesses for policy changes before rollout.
• Define metrics for service health and employee experience.
• Own the self-service app catalogue and developer toolset.
• Evaluate hardware, vendors, and management platforms for TCO.
