Job summary

Algo Capital Group seeks a contract Endpoint Engineer to own the lifecycle of endpoint hardware, operating systems, and management platforms in a fast-paced trading environment. You will work closely with Traders, Service Desk, and other infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve end-user experiences.

The role requires strong Windows/macOS administration, expertise in Intune and Autopilot, and proficiency with Entra ID/Azure AD, Jamf, and enterprise deployment tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Windows and macOS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience deploying and managing Intune and Autopilot at scale.
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity strategies.
• Proficiency with software packaging, deployment, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint, application, and user experience issues in high-speed trading environments.
• Support endpoint platforms across Windows and macOS with focus on reliability and security.
• Manage and improve Intune configuration, deployment, and device health.
• Automate provisioning, packaging, and deployment of Win32 apps and policies.
• Collaborate with Traders, Service Desk, and infrastructure teams to reduce incidents and improve efficiency.
