Job Description

The Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team delivers large-scale data center facilities. The team consists of project managers who work with vendors and internal teams to execute complex data center construction and network-related projects. They focus on project management, technical design, and construction to ensure quality, efficiency, and sustainability. The team supports OCI’s data growth and global expansion.

Job Summary You will develop and implement plans that optimize efficiency, cost, and operational excellence. You will work with key stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and navigate regulatory requirements. You will anticipate and mitigate risks to ensure timelines and budgets are met. The role requires ownership of end-to-end delivery of network and data center capacity across concurrent builds. You will interact with Colo and LV partners, drive accountability, and ensure proper design, documentation, circuit execution, and internal tracking for handover to operations.

Required Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for complex construction environments.
  • Ability to develop and implement long‑term construction strategies and program‑level requirements.
  • Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements.
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale data center construction projects end‑to‑end, including scheduling and tracking.
  • Leadership experience, including leading under pressure and supporting teams of project managers, engineers, and construction staff.
  • Ability to create, manage, and optimize project budgets.
  • Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Experience selecting and managing external vendors and contractors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end‑to‑end delivery approach from planning to execution.
  • Develop long‑term strategies for data center construction and network build projects.
  • Partner with design teams to coordinate design and construction before contracting.
  • Partner with Construction teams for collaboration and handoffs.
  • Oversee all phases of complex data center construction projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Coordinate tenant fit‑out and LV integration across design, construction, commissioning, and fit‑out activities.
  • Select, negotiate, and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Develop and manage project budgets.
  • Identify risks and create mitigation plans.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and provide status updates.
  • Implement and oversee quality control processes.
  • Conduct regular project site visits as needed.
