The Forward Trust is seeking a Senior Employment Specialist / Team Leader to guide a team delivering employment support across Thanet, Dover, Folkestone and Hythe. You will supervise, coach and develop staff while maintaining a small caseload to stay connected with participants.

You will build employer relationships, identify opportunities in open and hidden markets, and work with NHS and local partners to create joined-up employment support that helps people overcome barriers and achieve

Qualificações

• Experience delivering IPS, supported employment or employment support services.
• Previous team leadership, supervisory, mentoring or coaching experience.
• Experience of recruitment, employer engagement, business development or developing employment opportunities.
• Strong understanding of person-centred employment support and IPS principles (training can be provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with partners and participants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, coach and develop a team of Employment Specialists to deliver person-centred support.
• Provide regular supervision, reflective practice and coaching to build confidence and capability.
• Maintain a small caseload (10–15) when required to model best practice.
• Develop relationships with employers and partners to identify opportunities in open and hidden labor markets.
• Collaborate with NHS, local authorities, Jobcentre Plus and training providers to integrate services.
