Job summary

DWF is seeking Employment Lawyers across all levels, from Solicitor to Senior Associate, to join their nationally recognised Employment team. You will work with a diverse client base and collaborate with HR, in-house counsel and business leaders to provide practical employment advice.

Based from any of our Northern offices, including Leeds, with hybrid working, you will manage own caseload, handle contentious and non-contentious matters, and contribute to business development while maintaining

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience in Employment Law.
• Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload across a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice on TUPE, restructures, contracts and policies.
• Support corporate teams on mergers, acquisitions and strategic transactions.
• Take ownership of tribunal matters, including drafting pleadings and litigation strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Support the development of junior lawyers through coaching and mentoring.
• Contribute to business development through networking and thought leadership.
• Collaborate across Employment, Pensions and wider legal teams to deliver client solutions.
