Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of employment law and advising large businesses on employment matters.
• Transactional support experience.
• Experience with international clients (preferred).
• Ability to perform tasks autonomously.
• Advanced drafting skills and legal research ability.

Responsibilities

• Advise on HR advisory matters for multinational clients.
• Handle global project work including corporate/M&A support.
• Contribute to investigations, restructurings, and DEI projects.
• Provide advice on senior exits and outsourcing.
• Develop client relationships and participate in business development.
