The Role

Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor with 7+ years PQE to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a broad spectrum of contentious and non‑contentious employment law mattersegn working menor a Chambers‑ranked Partner. You’ll advise medium to large corporate clients on complex employment law issues, including:

• HR issues and employee relations
• Managing tribunal and court disputes
• Drafting employment fetigcuments
• Strategic advice on TUPE, restructures, IR35, and changing terms and conditions
• Supporting clients with transactional and outsourcing matters

Key Requirements

• 7+ years PQE as an Employment Solicitor
• Experience managing a high workload and demanding corporate clients
• Essential counselling and non‑contentious experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
