A dynamic boutique law firm in London is seeking a Senior Associate in Employment Law to manage a diverse caseload. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years PQE and a proactive approach to ensure client satisfaction. A Senior Associate is wanted for a fantastic, highly agile opportunity with a punchy boutique style London-based firm. You will manage a busy existing caseload of mainly respondent matters, acting for a broad range of clients that include fast-growth businesses and established privately held multinationals. The growth piece for you is a steady building out of the department's footprint and blue‑sky progression to partnership.
The day‑to‑day will vary and include proactive and reactive elements of an Employment Law caseload, to include point of referral for regular HR advisory, drafting and reviewing of contracts and employee handbooks, discrimination, harassment and bullying, dismissals, grievances and settlement negotiations, restructuring, litigation and tribunal representation. All this will be complemented by a steady beat of the drum marketing strategy, like regular Employment Law updates and communication with prospects.
