I'm working with a growing legal team looking to recruit a Senior Employment Lawyer to handle a high volume of Employment Tribunal matters for a small number of major clients.
You’ll work closely with clients, acting as an extension of their in-house legal teams and taking ownership of contentious employment matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
The work will focus on Employment Tribunal claims, giving you the opportunity to manage a busy caseload, provide practical legal advice and build strong relationships with clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and develop close working relationships with a small number of major clients, with the support of an experienced employment law team.
You’ll be an experienced Employment Lawyer with a strong background in contentious employment matters and Employment Tribunal litigation.
You’ll ideally have:
This is an opportunity to take on a senior employment law role within a modern working environment, handling significant tribunal work for major clients rather than managing a constantly changing mix of unrelated instructions.
The position offers the flexibility of fully remote working, close client relationships and the opportunity to focus on contentious employment law within a dedicated team, with access to specialist employment law expertise and support.
It's an alternative to a traditional private practice role for an Employment Lawyer who enjoys tribunal work, client contact and managing their own caseload.
