Job summary

A leading consumer health company is seeking a UK qualified lawyer with substantial UK employment law experience for a pivotal role. You will provide legal advice, manage risks, and support HR initiatives across the employee life cycle. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years PQE and excellent communication skills. The role will be based in London with a requirement to attend the office at least 2 days a week. A collaborative mindset and a solutions-focused approach are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 6+ years PQE as employment lawyer is essential.
• Experience working in a CPG or FCMG environment preferred.
• Ability to travel and flexibility in schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Provide UK employment law advice to the business.
• Manage legal risks associated with employment claims.
• Support HR in training for day-to-day ER processes.
