You will handle advisory and contentious matters, including contracts, TUPE, redundancies, tribunals, and workplace investigations, representing employees and employer clients across various sectors.

Qualifications

• At least six years' post-qualification experience in England & Wales or equivalent.
• Strong academics and solid understanding of employment law from a top firm background.
• Excellent organisation and readiness to join a large, prestigious employment team.

Responsibilities

• Advising on contracts, TUPE and redundancies for employees and employers.
• Representing clients at tribunals and handling high-stakes disputes.
• Developing into a trusted advisor for major clients and cross-border matters.
