Job summary

Market-Leading Employment Practice in Glasgow seeks a Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) to join a top-ranked team with a global reach. You will manage your own caseload, work with leading Partners on strategic mandates, and develop strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• UK-qualified Solicitor with 5–8 PQE in Employment law.
• Experience handling both advisory and contentious matters.
• Strong drafting, communication and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead juniors.

Responsibilities

• Advise employer clients on the full spectrum of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious.
• Lead on Employment Tribunal litigation, including discrimination and high-value claims.
• Handle High Court matters such as restrictive covenants and team moves.
• Support cross-border and multi-jurisdictional mandates and client growth.
