Job summary

Law Absolute Ltd. seeks a Senior Associate to join its Employment Team in the UK.

The successful candidate will have upwards of 5 years PQE and deep respondent employment experience, including advisory work, transactional support, and tribunal litigation. Ideal candidates will have city-practice experience, proven leadership in supervising due diligence on varied transactions, and confidence fronting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in Employment law, ideally from a city practice.
• Experience handling respondent employment work across advisory, transactional support and tribunal litigation.
• Ability to lead matters, supervise due diligence on transactions, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employment matters for clients and supervise junior staff.
• Provide transactional support on corporate deals from an employment-law perspective.
• Advise on compliance and tribunal matters as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and business development.
