Job summary

A leading skills development agency is looking for a Senior Employer Engagement Executive to join their expanding Employer Engagement Team. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with employers, and promoting apprenticeship opportunities in Accounting and IT/Data. The role is hybrid, requiring 4 days a week in Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in apprenticeship sales or employer engagement, possess strong organisational skills, and be passionate about driving business growth.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in apprenticeship sales, business development, or employer engagement.
  • Experience in building trusted relationships with employers.

About Our Client: Our client helps to tackle the UK's digital and financial skills shortage. They are currently expanding their Employer Engagement Team and seeking two Senior Executives to build lasting employer partnerships and create apprenticeship opportunities.
