Job summary

St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust seeks an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Manager to support managers across St George's and St Helier Hospitals, providing expert ER guidance and contributing to a fair, consistent approach to people management. You will work with the Deputy Group Head of Employee Relations to deliver specialist ER services, improving practices across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR role within the NHS.
• Experience supervising and coaching HR staff.
• Experience advising on complex ER matters.
• Knowledge of NHS terms and conditions.
• Knowledge of MHPS and Medical Terms and conditions, CIPD Level 5 or Equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER advice to managers across the group.
• Support delivery of ER services across GESH.
• Develop and embed best practice in ER.
• Manage complex ER cases.
• Collaborate with Deputy Group Head of ER and Group Head of Employee Relations.
