In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of employee relations across our organisation - guiding, influencing, and supporting managers to handle cases confidently, compliantly, and compassionately. This role would be based predominantly from home with weekly travel (Likely on a Wednesday) to our office on Quorum Business Park. Please note we are only able to progress with candidates eligible for SC clearance.

What you'll be doing
  • Provision of ER case support to the business, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Advise and guide managers on effectively handling ER situations, supporting managers in applying the full range of HR policies such as grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Foster and sustain internal/external customer relations to ensure a high level of service is provided.
  • Collate and provide information to make sure accuracy of reporting or to meet internal/external client requirements.
  • Provision and manipulation of data within excel on an ad hoc and project basis as required.
What you’ll bring
  • Extensive ER experience in a large, sophisticated organisation across a diverse range of case types.
  • An understanding of relevant laws and regulations and ability to apply them to situations in the workplace.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to strict deadlines.
  • Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to influence discussions with groups and individuals.
It would be great if you had
  • Experience in a HR Shared Service model.
  • Experience of working in a TUPE role within a Technology/consultancy multi-site.
