Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited is seeking an experienced embedded software engineer to design and implement firmware for bare‑metal systems. You will work on microcontrollers with C/C++, developing drivers, interfaces, and protocols while ensuring performance and reliability.

Collaborate with hardware engineers during board bring‑up, hardware validation, and troubleshooting, using oscilloscopes, JTAG, and logic analyzers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of embedded systems design and memory management.
• Experience with C/C++ on microcontrollers or microprocessors.
• Proficiency with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement embedded software for bare-metal systems with focus on performance and reliability.
