A leading aerospace technology firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer to design and develop embedded firmware for advanced counter-drone technology. You will work primarily in a remote capacity but must be eligible for UK Security Clearance, having resided in the UK for at least 3 of the last 5 years. Responsibilities include leading technical design, conducting code reviews, and integrating innovative solutions for defense-grade systems. Competitive salary offered between £65,000 - £70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Expert level proficiency for embedded Linux systems development (6+ years)
• Moderate proficiency in C++ and Python
• Understanding of communication protocols such as I2C
