Description

ParentPay Group is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of high-quality, CRM‑driven, multi‑channel marketing campaigns. This role sits at the heart of our marketing transformation — driving performance, consistency, and innovation across EdTech, catering, and payments. The ideal candidate will shape the digital channel plans, optimise email marketing and automation, and manage campaign operations at pace. From strategy to execution, you’ll bring creativity, technical expertise, and operational rigour — designing high‑performing emails and short‑form content that drive measurable lead generation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Design

  • Lead end-to-end email campaigns — from concept to deployment — ensuring visually compelling, error‑free communications that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Design banners and short‑form digital assets using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Adobe Express.
  • Write persuasive, concise, and engaging short‑form marketing copy for emails, landing pages, forms, and other digital channels.
  • Maintain a zero‑tolerance approach to errors across all campaign content and channels.
  • Stay current with email UX/UI trends and apply best practices. Provide a portfolio of email and digital marketing design work as part of the application process.

Web forms & automation

  • Build seamless landing pages and marketing forms, with CRM integration.
  • Plan and manage complex campaign workflows using tools such as Lucid.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated automation workflows in ClickDimensions (must‑have) and HubSpot (optional) for nurture, sales sequencing, onboarding, and re‑engagement.
  • Plan and execute always‑on lead generation email programmes, with continuous testing and optimisation.

Campaign Operations & Project Management

  • Develop and execute integrated omnichannel campaign plans across email, PPC, landing pages, and social media.
  • Project manage campaign delivery at scale in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (data, web, creative) to ensure timely rollout and execution of campaigns.

Performance & Reporting

  • Analyse campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise engagement and conversion.
  • Drive higher campaign ROI through continuous testing, optimisation, and data‑driven decisions.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven digital marketing expertise in B2B environments, ideally within competitive sectors or high‑performing agencies.
  • Advanced ClickDimensions experience – including email, forms, and complex automated workflows. Basic HTML skills are desirable.
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong design skills with hands‑on experience in email layouts and digital marketing banners.
  • Skilled copywriter, concise, engaging, and grammatically flawless.
  • AI‑savvy marketer – comfortable using AI tools to enhance research, copywriting, and reporting - while maintaining high‑quality output.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Dynamic and proactive – thrives in fast‑paced environments, takes ownership, and drives projects forward independently.
  • Flexible and dependable – embraces change, manages shifting priorities effectively, and adjusts working hours when needed.
  • Detail‑oriented and organised – delivers high‑quality, error‑free work while juggling multiple priorities.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator – builds relationships, influences stakeholders, and works effectively across teams.
