Job summary

A global leader in Manufacturing and Defence is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer in Glenrothes. This role involves working on defence projects throughout the full test lifecycle and assisting in design authorities input for DFM/DFT implementation. Ideal candidates will possess an electronics qualification (HND or degree), have proven experience in high-level diagnostics, and ideally come from a defence background. Permanent UK residency and successful background checks are required.

• Proven experience working on high-level diagnostics in a high reliability electronics environment.
• Experience in defence or military products is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Work on the full test lifecycle and diagnostics process.
• Provide input to design authorities for DFM/DFT implementation.
• Support bid work as required.
• Conduct process improvement tasks and mentor early career engineers.
