Job description

A market leader in the design of electronics systems is now looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead a small team.

We are looking for an innovative and creative electronics manager with strong skills in electronics, PCB Design, and CAD. Your focus will be on fast-turn, high-quality designs and their supporting flex and rigid PCBs, mechanical housings, test fixtures, etc.

You will be preparing 3D CAD design work in support of customer projects. As such, you will work closely with customers and suppliers in a professional and efficient manner.

This role would suit an experienced Electronics Engineer with strong mechanical skills, who can design boards to support ICs, housings for systems, and boards.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Degree or equivalent in Electronics or Physics.

Experience:

In addition to strong design skills, you should have proven team leadership/management experience, including managing staff on a daily basis and conducting reviews.

Your design skills will include hands-on schematic capture, multi-layer PCB layout, and 3D CAD designs. A familiarity with Altium, Corel, SolidWorks, ProE, or AutoCAD is required.

Additional Information:

Candidates must be resident in the UK and be eligible to live and work in the UK. Copies of Passports and Visas will be requested for verification.
