Senior Electronics Engineer
  • Location: S20
  • Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Hours: Days - Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:15 pm; Friday, 7:30 am to 12:00 pm

A leading UK manufacturer renowned for innovation, quality, and engineering excellence is seeking an experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join their growing engineering team at their modern facility in the S20 area.

The Role

As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you'll play a key part in the design, development, and implementation of advanced electronic systems for a range of industrial control and automation products. You'll be involved in the full product lifecycle—from initial concept and design through to testing, validation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of electronic circuits and embedded systems for industrial applications.
  • Produce schematics, PCB layouts, and supporting technical documentation.
  • Oversee prototype build, testing, and validation of new designs.
  • Collaborate closely with mechanical and software engineers to ensure successful system integration.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the electronics function.
About You
  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in both analogue and digital electronics design.
  • Strong background in PCB design, embedded systems, and microcontrollers.
