Senior Electronics Engineer - Bristol - £65k - PCB Design, Altium, Motors/Controllers

Location: Bristol (Hybrid working available)

Our client, a cutting-edge technology firm at the forefront of innovation, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join their dynamic team in Bristol. As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing electronic components capable of withstanding the challenges posed by harsh environments, including high pressure, high vibration, and high temperature conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Electronic Component Design: Lead the design and development of electronic components tailored for deployment in harsh environments, ensuring reliability and durability under extreme conditions.
  • Research and Development: spearhead a new product range, including R&D ad testing
  • Testing and Validation: Establish rigorous testing protocols to validate the performance and resilience of electronic components in simulated harsh environments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and materials scientists, to ensure seamless integration of electronic components into larger systems.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with tools for schematics and PCB layout.
  • Expertise in harsh environments, encompassing high temperatures, shock, and vibration
