Technify Talent Limited is seeking a Senior Electronic Engineer in Guildford to lead the design and development of advanced electronic systems. You will translate requirements into architectures, review diagrams, and guide prototype work through validation cycles.

The role requires strong analogue/digital design, PCB knowledge, and experience with FPGA development, VHDL, and power electronics, plus cross-disciplinary collaboration and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Lead complex engineering projects from requirements through release.
• Advanced analogue and digital circuit design knowledge.
• Experience with schematic capture and circuit simulation.
• Strong PCB design and signal integrity understanding.
• Extensive testing, prototyping and fault-finding experience.
• Knowledge of power electronics technologies.
• Experience leading design reviews and investigations.
• Excellent communication to influence multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with FPGA development and VHDL.
• Knowledge of EMC, electrical safety and product compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and development of complex analogue and digital electronic circuits.
• Translate customer requirements and product strategy into specifications, architectures and solutions.
• Produce and review circuit diagrams, calculations and documentation.
• Define PCB layout requirements.
• Oversee prototype development, simulations, testing and verification.
• Lead fault-finding and root cause investigations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, EMC, quality and regulatory requirements.
