Teledyne Energetics UK in Lincoln is seeking a Senior Electronic Design Engineer to advance design from concept to production for safety-critical systems, including discrete electronics and qualification testing. You will develop schematics, PCB layouts, and testing hardware, conduct reliability analyses, perform obsolescence management, and ensure compliance with current standards.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in electronics with hands-on design experience.
• 5–10 years of industry experience in electronics design.
• Experience with CAD tools and circuit simulation.
• Ability to deliver technical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and development of discrete electronic architecture for safety critical product lines
• End-to-End design: schematics, PCB layouts, testing equipment and qualification
• Conduct peer-reviews to validate designs and methodologies
• Apply reliability assessments (FMECA/FTA) to verify design validity
• Manage obsolescence of current portfolio and ongoing developments
• Bid support: scope hardware requirements and deliverables
• Ensure designs meet customer requirements within programme framework
• Ensure compliance with latest safety standards and coordinate with authorities
• Identify project demands and mitigate risk via safety assessments
