Job summary

You will lead cross‑disciplinary teams, develop advanced analytical methods, and mentor researchers while shaping the strategic direction of impedance analysis and mechanistic understanding across cells and stacks.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of electrochemical principles for high-temperature devices.
• Advanced expertise in electrical impedance spectroscopy.
• Understanding measurement, grounding, shielding and artefacts.
• Ability to design discriminating experiments and resolve complex problems.
• Experience analysing electrochemical data; Python or similar tooling desirable.
• Assess measurement quality, repeatability, uncertainty and validity.
• Track record of technical leadership and peer review.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with laboratory safety and test systems.

Responsibilities
