Job summary

Lynx Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Electromechanical Engineer to join our client’s team in Dundee to develop advanced Medical Devices. You will bridge mechanical design, electronics and embedded systems, taking ownership of challenging problems and guiding products from concept to manufacture.

You will design electromechanical systems, work with microcontrollers and embedded firmware, and help integrate hardware with software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' engineering experience within a regulated industry, ideally medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded firmware.
• Experience with Altium, SolidWorks or similar CAD tools.
• Background in electromechanical, mechatronics, electronics or biomedical engineering.
• Practical, hands-on approach to design, testing and problem-solving.
• Experience with ISO 13485 or similar quality systems
