Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Tenant Supervisor to lead a small team of engineers across Canary Wharf’s high‑rise commercial estate. The role is client direct, hands‑on supervisory, with a focus on safety, compliance and reliable building services.

The package includes £61,881 per annum plus benefits, 25 days holiday, pension, private healthcare, and ongoing development opportunities within a prestigious property management environment.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and building services.
• Previous supervisory experience in a large commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of planned preventative maintenance across tenant areas.
• Identify faults, provide technical recommendations, and oversee repairs.
• Manage minor works and projects, ensuring safety and timelines.
• Prepare routine maintenance reports and documentation.
• Attend client meetings and provide technical support.
• Monitor and update maintenance schedules and CMMS records.
• Develop and review risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and legislation.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns with clients and contractors.
