Are you an experienced Senior Electrical Technician looking for a permanent role with excellent incentives, cutting-edge projects, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a safety-focused environment? Key Responsibilities
- Carry out wiring tasks and commissioning activities for electrical networks, power electronics, electric machines, LV protection systems, switchgear, and associated control equipment.
- Create, define, and organize technical specifications to meet project objectives, including managing procurement processes and overseeing successful delivery.
- Shape and implement effective electrical maintenance strategies aimed at ensuring consistent system performance and reliability.
- Apply a strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the energy supply industry, with particular focus on LV and HV operational requirements.
- Work closely with colleagues, clients, and external partners to achieve high-quality technical results.
- Contribute actively throughout project execution, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
You
- HNC/HND in electrical or electronic engineering or equivalent relevant experience is essential.
- Extensive technical knowledge in LV protection, control systems, and electrical commissioning.
- Track record of overseeing projects from initial concept and design stages through to on-site implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven commitment to safe working practices, consistently demonstrating behaviours that uphold the highest operational safety standards.
- Well-developed negotiation and people skills that facilitate teamwork and help prevent issues before they arise.
- Capable of working autonomously while successfully handling multiple priorities.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and resilient, supported by excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to both safety and delivery.
