Job summary

Clements Young require an experienced Electrical Site Manager for a long-term project in Tilbury. The project will initially involve managing an office fit-out before progressing onto shell-and-core works of an industrial building. Start: Mid-September. Duration until approximately the end of May 2027, possibly longer.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certificate and site management experience on large industrial projects.
• Experience in industrial environments rather than only commercial construction.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, proactive approach.
• Familiarity with site permits, T-card systems and daily operational procedures.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily site activities and procedures.
• Overseeing T-card and permit systems.
• Acting as the main link between the project team and the principal site-management team.
• Coordinating and communicating site information.
• Preparing and managing daily reports.
• Ensuring site procedures and protocols are followed.
