Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in the UK is seeking a Senior Electrical Facilities Engineer to oversee a team and manage electro-mechanical maintenance across the site. This role involves 60% hands-on work and 40% office duties, including planning and task scheduling. Ideal candidates will have a recognized apprenticeship and at least 5 years of experience in engineering, with supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications

• 5 years experience post-apprenticeship in an engineering environment or role.
• Previous experience in supervisory role or as lead engineer.
• Ability to operate in a multi-skilled environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning of workload within the facilities Electrical team.
• Oversee delivery of electrical PPMs and reactive breakdowns.
• Optimize operation of facilities site services assets.
